FAQ: My TBS data isn't showing or updating. What could be wrong?
In your Account Settings, expand the The Beer Store Reporting accordion tab. A green checkmark next to your SFTP credentials indicates that your credentials are valid. If the icon is red, your credentials have failed. To edit your credentials, simply delete the current entry and re-submit new credentials. This will not affect your data in any way, unless your SFTP account number has changed.
